| I'm all about simple I take a roll of filla dough, and spread chocolate spread on it. Maybe throw in some white chocolate chips. Roll it up and throw it in. I'll do a honey cinnamon one, jam, coffee etc....so so so so easy and you can't go wrong with filla dough | |

| Posting these for Maya. Coconut Cream Pie2/3 C sugar 1/4 C cornstarch 1/2 tsp salt 3 C milk 4 egg yolks, slightly beaten 2T butter 2 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 C shredded coconut 1 baked pie crust Stir together sugar, cornstarch, and salt in pan. Blend milk, eggs yolks and slowly pour into sugar mix. Cook over med heat stirring constantly until it thickens and boils 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in butter, vanilla, and coconut. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream. Egg Custard Pie4 eggs, beat slightly 1/2 C sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 1/2 C milk 1 tsp orange flavoring 1 unbaked pie crust Add ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake 25 minutes @ 425. This is also really good if you add fresh rasberries before baking. We eat it that way a lot over the summer when we have fresh berries. | |

| oreo cookie cake
1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food chocolate cake mix 4 (1 ounce) squares Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate 1/4 cup butter, cut up 1 (8 ounce) package Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping 12 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, coarsely crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare and bake cake mix in two (9-inch) round cake pans as directed on package. Cool in pans 5 min. Invert onto wire racks; remove pans. Cool layers completely. Place chocolate and butter in small microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool 5 min. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add the whipped topping and cookie crumbs; mix lightly. Place 1 of the cake layers, top-side down, on serving plate; spread with the cream cheese mixture. Cover with the remaining cake layer, top-side up. Spoon glaze over top of cake. Let stand until set. | |
