I get a lot of my recipes from www.allrecipes.com so I will link my favorite recipe for Pecan Pie. It is delicious!

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Pecan-Pie-V/Detail.aspx

And another favorite is Pumpkin Bread Pudding. Yum! I actually change this recipe up by omitting the chocolate chips and using caramel sauce instead. So good!

I'm all about simple Smile
I take a roll of filla dough, and spread chocolate spread on it.
Maybe throw in some white chocolate chips. Roll it up and throw it in.
I'll do a honey cinnamon one, jam, coffee etc....so so so so easy and you can't go wrong with filla dough

3 C milk
4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2T butter
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 C shredded coconut

Stir together sugar, cornstarch, and salt in pan. Blend milk, eggs yolks and slowly pour into sugar mix. Cook over med heat stirring constantly until it thickens and boils 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in butter, vanilla, and coconut. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream.

Egg Custard Pie

4 eggs, beat slightly
1/2 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 1/2 C milk
1 tsp orange flavoring
1 unbaked pie crust

Add ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake 25 minutes @ 425.

This is also really good if you add fresh rasberries before baking. We eat it that way a lot over the summer when we have fresh berries.
