SHNITZEL!
Chicken cutlet pieces, marinate them in mustard, crushes garlic, salt pepper and paprika.
LEt it sit for a while.
When it's good and ready I dip it into seasoned beaten egg which I also mix with chopped cilantro or parsley then cove it with a layer of crushed cherios.... yes cherios.
It's my healthy fried chicken cutlet..
I fry it with PAM and it comes out sooooo yummy!
