You receive a coupon code for money off a new order according to the amount of the pre-order.
Coupon codes are sent a little after the 45 days grace period for returns and exchanges.
Please keep in mind, when we ship out pre-orders, they come in bulk and ship over the course of a few business days hence the "a little more than 45 days"
