For me it's the outside! I love the 2 on the Reese Li Lexington and the Amy Kathryn Gladiola! LOVE THEM!
I NEEEEEEED outside pockets for the cell and keys and "must have in 2 second" items.
What pockets MUST YOU have?

I love the outside pockets on my FV Lexie & all the inside & outside pockets of my JJB Spicy. I go back & forth between those 2 right now as my everyday diaper bag.

I've tried and have bags without pockets.... collecting dust. It's rare that I use them but nonetheless I show some love My fave are the Gladiola pockets. They are so so perfect!!!!

I love outside insulated bottle pockets. It's so nice to me to have the bottles insulated and not taking up precious space inside the bag. My main bag is a SH Dash and I use all the pockets inside and out. I've recently bought some organizing bags as well since I'm trying to get more organized and even with all the pockets, I still find the middle of the bag a black hole.
