2 Graham Cracker Crust
1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flaked coconut
1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
Chopped cherries (optional)
Mix Cool Whip and lemon juice well. Add milk, nuts, coconut and crushed pineapple (& Cherries). Fold all together and pour into graham cracker crusts or 9"x12" pan. Chill overnight.
This is a favorite in my house. I usually make 1 with Cherries & another w/ nuts.
