This book was one of my husband's favorites as a kid, and I had never heard of it until my brother-in-law gave it to my son for Easter. Alex absolutely adores it. I like it because it teaches him to use his imagination and similar to the Wizard of Oz, has the underlying theme that there's no place like home.

We like the book as well. As a gift we were given the DVD, curious to see how that is.
