| So, I'm not crazy then....
DH just lost 7 yrs of my work/contact info.....not sure a bag can replace that. All consulting info gone. Cant even look at him. Especially bummed, b/c that is all I had left of my "working" days before staying at home and was so proud of all of it.

I'm so sorry I say you get at least two or three bags for all that

| Thanks for being the shoulder to cry on ladies....bag won't do it this time....even an Hermes bag wouldn't work. Getting better now.....can an hour or so without breaking down.
Usually retail therapy works!!!

Usually retail therapy works!!! not that we are defined by who we are or what we do, but it would really be devastating to lose so much of who you are and what you did in your other lifetime...before we were doing the Mommy thing...It's easy to forget the women that we were....especially when you are left with nothing to show for it, an it becomes very difficult to see yourself being that woman again.

| So, I spent the entire morning going over hundreds of CDs......and FOUND most of the files. Thank God I didnt trust the hubby enough back then!!!!! I have a 2yr old copy that contains most of the work, the rest I can probably piece together. In process of copying to online back-up and gmail........ We tried over and over to recover files on comp. with tech support, but this happened over a year ago, hubby just didnt realize it. I've never been so relieved.....gosh might just go into labor from the excitement!!!
Yeah!!! Even better than retail therapy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| Maybe Hubby should buy you a bag for a "push present." I didn't know there was such a thing until recently but I've already told my brother he HAS to get his wife one when their baby is born in June | |

| Yeah I've been reading the "push present" thread. I knew it existed but didn't think it was common. | |

| Ahhh...yes....The push present, or in my family, the c-section present... The first munchkin, it was a silver bootie with a sapphire in it for my bracelet from my son, and sapphire necklace from hubby.....I know he's been shopping around for this one. Kind of strange, but big around here. | |

That sounds beautiful. I am guessing sapphire is your son's birthstone?
