Fleurville Repairs?

I just ordered a Fleurville Mothership off of Ebay. I've never had a FV, so I wanted to see if I'd like it. The snap to close the flap is missing. The seller told me that I should be able to send it to Fleurville to be fixed. Has anyone tried this before?
