3 cups blueberries, washed and sorted
4 Tbsps water
2 Tbsps corn starch
1 tsp lemon (optional)
2 Tbsps sugar (optional)
1. Heat berries in a sauce pan over medium low heat until they begin to break up. (add optional lemon or sugar)
2. In a small cup, combine water and corn starch until smooth.
3. Pour corn starch mix over berries: cook until mixture begins to thicken: serve.
