does anyone prefer LB to JJB?

not to be sacrilegious (LOL) but, the lightweight quality of LB is pretty awesome. what are your thoughts? why are you loyal to one brand vs. another?

I definitely do; at least I liked the older oilcloth bags. Superstar & Redondo were favorite diaper bags of mine. Superstar is a rather large bag but I loved the organization of it and it was really lightweight. And wipeable; I do prefer wipeable to washable. And the interior pockets were fabric, not mesh. I cannot stand mesh pockets, they just creep me out (I don't like the exterior mesh pockets on the older LB bags either). Come at me with a bag with interior mesh pockets and I will....and I do mean WILL...run screaming.

I would say I'm not loyal to any one brand, but it seems like I always come back to Fleurville, Lexie Barnes, and Petunia Pickle Bottom. I never really got along with JJB bags (mesh pockets, ACK!!), though I do like their BeQuicks & older snack capsule a ton.

I'm going to say no...but only because I've never actually seen a LB IRL.

I've never owned a Lexie Barnes to compare but I do own several JJB's! I might own a LB sooner or later b/c I LOVE the Lexie Barnes McCoy Delilah!!! So pretty!

I've never owned an LB so I couldn't say, but I know JJB has been AWESOME and I'm not just talking only about their bags - their customer service comes 2nd to none! I love JJB!

The only ones that I really LOVE are their backpacks. I love my Pixie and before that loved the Duchess. They are the perfect size and functional.

I must add though that before part of why I didn't have more bags was I was not too in love w/ the prints. The new ones are really nice!

No LB here either But definitely got sucked into JJB...love all the smart features!

well, i just got my first LB (had seen a friend's stash before and that's why i asked here), a Jinx in Pacifica, and it is really nice. it is a very spacious hobo, lightweight, good colours, soft fabrics. the only thing is that there is only one interior and one exterior zip pocket - no other organization. that being said, it's a great bag to throw lots of things in when you're running out the door!

Congrats! I think that bag is designed to reverse which is why pockets must be on the minimal side (but hey...didn't stop JJB on the Be Light! )
