Are driving me MAD!

My mouth is SO dry. I read that it's your mouth trying to reject the foreign objects (braces) but MY GOD, it's non-stop. The only thing that feels better is smooshing cold jello through them! Which isn't exactly doable the whole day!

I told DH I'm going to eat lime green, then go smile at everyone!

I'm sorry your having so much problems did the ortho give you any tips? You should call and see if they have any because that is the worst feeling EVER!!!

The ortho is gone till next month! He's only here for 4 days out of the whole month. Ugh.

Apparently they say just drink lots (which I am doing) and keep your lips coated in chap stick (which I am trying to do, but it's hard with cold sores too, BLAH!)

Apparently my mouth should adjust. I hope soon! The braces don't really bug me, it's just the dry!

there is a lip balm type thingy for cold sores or use vaseline

Oh man I remember those days. So sorry that it sucks all around. Good thing I had them when I was a teenager!

Yep you just need to drink more water. I have braces too so I feel your pain.

Yep you just need to drink more water. I have braces too so I feel your pain.
